Damn, yet another case of the pharmaceutical industry using these types of vital drugs to make huge profits.

More people need to collectively voice out and push back against such selfish, inhumane practices.

That's not insulin but a different drug given for diabetes. It isn't recommended as the first line treatment for weight loss. Exercise and diet are still the best way.

Yes, it’s not insulin, but they are taking it only for weight loss. A lot of people are doing this. It’s very popular in Hollywood. One of my friends got extremely sick doing so. In fact one of my friends tried to talk me into taking it just to lose a few pounds. I did it the old-fashioned way. Diet and exercise and patience. I am with you on that one Sanuj!

This is a great description of insulin and its importance. It is sad that some drug manufacturers and distributors make a low cost but necessary drug impossibly expensive for many patients.
